Brad Dude Bio

For over 40 years, and in more than 30 territories and countries around the world, Brad has provided leadership training, organization development, program evaluation, workforce training, coaching and project management services to U.S. government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sector enterprises. He specializes in training, group facilitation, process improvement, team building, and strategic planning.

Brad served as a volunteer, Program & Training Officer, Deputy Country Director, then Acting Country Director in Micronesia and Samoa for the U.S. Peace Corps. Since his time in the Pacific, Brad has worked internationally for such clients as the US Agency for International Development (USAID), Westinghouse, Naval Surface Warfare Center, NASA, IRS, the UN Office of Evaluation, US Border Protection, Macro International, NewTHINK, Inc., and Xpedior. He also served as Associate Director of the Center for Nonprofit Resources in New Orleans. Most recently, Brad wrote the five-year strategic development plan for Kosrae State (Federated States of Micronesia).

Brad has specialized in assisting new executives, managers, and supervisors address such issues as strategic planning, work/life balance, communication, feedback, organizational and team assessments, and process improvement. He utilizes a practical, reality-based approach to training, consulting and the coaching of individuals and teams. He works with senior managers and executives to provide a “sounding board” in aiding them to develop their own short- and long-term “roadmaps” to personal and organizational improvement.

Brad is the co-developer of The Basic Elements of Temperament, a system that explores the value of personal temperament on the way we views the world and our reaction to the behaviors of others. Brad conducts workshops on the topic to clients wishing to strengthen the capabilities of its new managers, supervisors and team leaders.

Brad’s experience includes a BS in Journalism from Northern Illinois University and an A.A. in Business Administration from Cypress College in Cypress, CA. He enjoys biking with his wife, Sue, along the Mississippi River near their home in New Orleans.
